I completed my root canal treatment on my upper teeths and a filling today with Dr. Sujatha Panikar. She was very gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I was quite nervous going in, but her calm and caring nature really helped put me at ease. I truly appreciate the way she took care of me and I’m thankful for her support. I would definitely recommend her.

Honest review. The Filipino receptionist on the first floor is amazing and the customer service was excellent. He’s very helpful and assisted me when there’s a confusion with my insurance. Regarding the visit with the dentist, I was not happy with the service provided by Dr. Sujata Panikar. I used to visit the King Faisal branch and the service was beyond expectation so I was confident that I will get the same from Al Qasimia branch. Dr. Panikar didn’t have the courtesy to check my teeth. Instead, she asked me what, where and when did the pain start with doubts on her face. Unlike any other dentists, they will check and assess your teeth and recommend the treatment needed. She’s not gentle while doing the procedure and almost tear my skin (mouth). Even though I was showing discomfort, she didn’t even bother to pause and asked me if I am okay. There’s no water available to gargle unless you ask for it. And during the procedure, Dr. Sujata and the nurse kept chatting that is not related to the treatment.

I can proudly say that Dr Adnan at Prime Medical, Qassimia, has become our trusted family doctor. His approach to healthcare goes beyond just prescribing medicines — he truly believes in holistic healing, making sure that treatment covers both physical and overall well-being. Every visit feels reassuring because he takes the time to listen, explain, and guide with genuine care. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines medical expertise with such empathy and patience. The place is good with lot of knowledgable and skilled doctors. My leg pain was totally taken care by Dr Jijo. He treated it with patience and guided me step by step (literally). Even the physio here is very very friendly and skilled. The staff is courteous and carry a smile always. Overall, it's a great experience. Thank you.
