Thank you, Ms. Marvie, for promptly resolving my concern and for taking the time to listen and personally reach out to me regarding the receptionist’s approach in dealing with patients. My intention in raising this issue was not driven by ego or nationality, but by the importance of being a frontliner. Patients come to the clinic seeking help, guidance, and proper assistance, and it is essential that they are treated with genuine support and professionalism. I sincerely appreciate the way Ms. Marvie handled the situation. She immediately asked, "How can I help you?", reached out to me even during her off time, and made sure that patients are in good hands. Her dedication, kindness, and willingness to assist reflect the true standard of patient care and are truly commendable. As an advice and recommendation, it may be helpful to reinforce proper customer service training and ensure that front desk staff are guided on how to communicate effectively and assist patients with empathy and clarity. Strengthening these skills will not only enhance the overall patient experience but also further highlight the clinic’s commitment to quality service.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received. I came to the clinic for a follow-up check-up, and I was told to undergo laboratory tests. The staff informed me that the laboratory fee was not covered by my insurance and asked me to pay 75 AED. Later, they changed the amount to 40 AED. I asked the staff if she could explain how much of the laboratory cost was covered by my insurance and what percentage I needed to pay, and she said she would call me back, but she did not. This is the second time this has happened to me—being asked to pay unnecessary fees despite having insurance. The staff should act with integrity and provide clear and accurate information regarding insurance coverage.

I had a very good experience at Al Noor Poly Clinic, Al Nahda. Dr. Nabeela is very professional, caring, and understanding. While speaking with her, I genuinely felt like I was talking to a relative—almost like a mother giving kind and thoughtful advice. The receptionist, Aishwarya, was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. I would also like to appreciate one of the nurses (she is currently pregnant—I didn’t get her name), who was extremely kind, always smiling, and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. The clinic is very clean and has a pleasant environment. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent service. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lekshmi Muraleedharan is an exceptional GP. She is kind, approachable, and takes time to truly understand the patient rather than rushing through the consultation. Her explanations were clear and reassuring, which made a big difference.The clinic is well-maintained, staff are courteous, and the overall service is smooth and efficient. My sincere thanks to Dr. Fathima Fidah. I had my root canal done last month, and after the procedure I experienced severe pain. I went back to the clinic, even though the treatment was not originally done by her. She took the time to carefully address my tooth pain and treated it properly, without charging anything. I truly appreciate her care, kindness, and professionalism.

Terrible service! It’s like a metro station here. Hygiene is extremely poor. Dr. Laxmi doesn’t care about you if you’re not from the same nationality or community. There’s a lot of partiality. Token system is not regulated. No medical advises given as to what needs to be done for the patients medical precautions. Waste of time! Doctors don’t seem to be much experienced here.
