**Beware of Insurance "Decline" Tactics and Package Dramas** "I am sharing this to warn others about the business tactics used here. Even if you have valid insurance, the reception might claim it is 'declined' just to charge you a 150 AED consultation fee upfront. Dr. Annamma is very polite and has a nice behavior, but she is clearly very business-minded. During the consultation, she will ask about your job and whether you are paying personally or through insurance. She then presents a 'pink list' of packages, claiming they are a great deal. The catch: They do not tell you the price in the doctor’s room. When you get to the reception, you are suddenly asked to pay 300 AED or more. The biggest issue is that many tests in these 'packages' are things your insurance would normally cover for free, but here you end up paying the full price out of pocket. My Advice: Do not fall for the friendly 'package' talk. Be very aware of the insurance decline drama. Only agree to the specific scans or tests you actually need and check the prices at the counter first. Don't waste money on packages that your insurance should be covering."

The way I was treated at this clinic is ridiculous. First time I had booked an appointment and due to very long waiting I was kept waiting for more than 2-3 hours . And at last I couldn’t see the doctor . So I wrote a review abt the same . The next time when I met the doctor Annama Mathew she had taken a big print out of my review and cornered me . I mean why can’t you just be accepting to a review or feedback . What was the habit of taking print out and cornering the patient . It was so rude according to me . The doctor may be good but this incident was an absolute displeasure

Dr Annamma and Dr Mathews are the great Dr we met very professional very kind and clear all our doubts . We feel comfortable with doctor Annamma other than all doctors . Compared to other clinics price is very less and affordable .

Dr. Annamma Mathews brings over 26 years of expertise in obstetrics and gynecology. Her calming demeanor and thorough explanations during check-ups made all the difference. Highly recommended for her care and professionalism.

Very bad. They are charging 50 aed for new patient for nothing. And they are telling that it's fee to open file. Iam also working with hospital. I know that there no charge to open file as per MOH, then where this 50 aed is going. The other clinics don't have it. And they insisted me to pay as cash. Not insurance applicable for this. Because it's a stupid cheating fee. I didn't see the Dr. Now I am consulting in NMC. They are the best

Dr. Annamma is one of the great Doctors we've ever met. Very professional, very kind and reassuring. Highly recommended. She would even give tips out of printed paper. During our scan she would even let us know so that we would understand on our part.
