Le service a été absolument impeccable, digne d’un hôtel de très haut standing, aussi bien au niveau de la qualité du service que de l’esthétique des lieux. Les médecins sont tout simplement au top, de véritables spécialistes de renommée mondiale. Les infirmiers et infirmières sont remarquables : professionnels, bienveillants et toujours aux petits soins. Le nettoyage est irréprochable et effectué plusieurs fois par jour, parfois jusqu’à cinq fois par jour dans la chambre, ce qui est extrêmement rassurant. Tout le personnel est attentionné et à l’écoute. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Ilham Sbai, l’agent d’accueil, qui nous a accompagnés du début à la fin de l’hospitalisation. Elle parlait notre langue et nous a permis de traduire et de comprendre absolument tout ce qui était dit tout au long du séjour. Grâce à elle, chaque problème trouvait immédiatement une solution, ce qui a grandement facilité notre prise en charge. À noter également que l’assurance française a tout pris en charge grâce à leur partenariat, ce qui est un énorme soulagement. Un grand merci aussi à Thomas, du service comptabilité, qui s’est occupé de toute la procédure d’assurance avec un professionnalisme exemplaire. La personne hospitalisée est entrée dans un état préoccupant et est sortie en pleine forme. Une prise en charge exceptionnelle à tous les niveaux. Je recommande cet hôpital les yeux fermés.

I only receive treatment at Medcare hospitals and medical centers, and as usual, I am not disappointed. The facilities are beautiful and very clean, the staff is attentive, and appointments are scheduled quickly. Thank you!

Our newborn baby was transferred to the NICU at Medcare Hospital Sharjah from Aster Hospital Qusais, and this was one of the most difficult and emotional moments of our lives. From the moment we arrived, the doctors and NICU staff treated our baby with incredible care, professionalism, and compassion. The doctors were not only highly skilled but also very kind and reassuring. They took the time to explain every detail and gave us hope when we were scared and anxious. The nursing staff treated our baby like their own, and their constant support meant everything to us as parents. In such a critical time, the care we received gave us strength and peace of mind. We will always be deeply grateful to the entire NICU team at Medcare Hospital Sharjah for their dedication, kindness, and humanity. I am truly grateful to Dr. Kranti and the nursing staff for their outstanding care during my delivery. Dr. Kranti explained everything clearly and handled the situation with great professionalism and compassion. Labor Room staffs were very supportive, friendly, and took excellent care of both me and my baby. Because of them, my delivery experience was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended. The IP maternity ward staff were excellent and very caring. The nurses were attentive, patience , and always available whenever I needed help. Very satisfied with the overall care and support.

From the moment I entered, I was welcomed very warmly, and it was truly pleasant to interact with the staff. Everyone was kind, supportive, and professional, and the services provided were well organized and efficient. The doctor guided me through every step of the process clearly and patiently, which made the visit very comfortable and reassuring. I was also very glad to know that Pediatrician Dr. Priya is still practicing at this hospital, continuing to provide the same excellent care as before. The hospital is pretty neat and exceptionally clean. Everything feels well-organized and spotless. The doctors are highly qualified, and we came to see Dr. Adel Al Najar with my mother. He was understanding, compassionate, and took the time to listen, which we truly appreciated. My only concern is the difficulty in booking appointments through the call center. It takes a long time for someone to answer, and the call-back option does not seem to work at the moment.
