I had the privilege of Being treated by dr princy at princy at access clinic dip 2. Her perfessonlism snd compassionate care made a significant difference in my treatment. The front desk staff and nurses are good with fast billing and treatment. They have good manners with each patients who ever coming to clinc

This clinic has good desk taff and Nursing team. They are polite with me even though the clinic is very rush. My treating doctor is also good

One and only worst clinic I have ever encountered in all my years in UAE . We took my husband who is sick there around 8:30-40 . Clinic closing time is 10:30 but the receptionist and staff were not taking appointments they are like if more patients we can’t go home on time and we won’t take . We said ready to wait still they were like yesterday we went home at 11 .doctor wants to leave early by 9:30 . If your clinic is open til 10:30 y would you want to leave early and reject patients ????? Such unprofessional and rude staff ! Completely unacceptable for a clinic and service industry ! Very very disappointing the way they treat sick patients ! You are here to treat sick and have some compassion ! This is not the way you treat patients ! Very rude nurses . They were sitting and chatting and simply rejecting patients ! Strict Action to be taken against such irresponsible staff !!!

To all staff of this medical clinic. Thank you for your good service each one of you have a kind attidude. You treat me well. Than you so much.

They did not mention regarding breaktime on the Google. When I reached 2 o clock they just told me very rudly that come after 3 this our breaktime. I have fever very high and just because of their wrong information and behaviour I sat there more than 1 hour. After 1 hour he check my insurance and said your is not working. Receptionist is worst, I met first time this type of people in UAE. Very worst service. Don't go there anyone.

The staff were friendly and professional.I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care
