I recently visited her for a skin concern, and even on my very first visit she took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and recommend the right treatment without rushing. She is always in a really good mood and treats her patients with such kindness and respect, which makes you feel instantly comfortable and confident that you’re in good hands. Was under the care of Dr. Maha and Dr. Alphy and was treated with utmost compassion and superior treatment. The nurses especially Annamma and Revati took extra care of me and supported me in the process. I will not think twice about being under their treatment again. It was a good experience.

Very old styled hospital as a whole! All mediclinic hospitals very slow service and also billing services doesn’t have direct info to basic pricing. Been to Welcare hospital to ask for FNA price for thyroid, as a self pay, the billing team have no idea and requested to take first doctor appointment! However I already had prescription from another hospital but need to know rate first if I’ll do FNA here or another hospital. This hospital really needs to up their systems and services.

I had a very nice experience during treatment in Mediclinic Welcare,Garhoud. I was having High blood pressure during pregnancy. Luckily my friend told me about this hospital and how nice her experience was and suggested me to consult Dr.Ravisekar and his treatment works well for me. Also not to forget mentioning other staffs. Especialy Ms.Sarah Mubarak( Pateint Administrator ) whom I want to meet on my every visit.She is so kind and helpful.She attends all patients patiently and efficiently without wasting time.I saw a patient having some issue regarding appointment reschedule and she handled the situation so calmly and efficiently that even patient appreciates her customer handling skill. Also Ms.Anood ( Pateint Administraor) is also efficient and handles all situation so well. Being a patient is not easy but having a staff like them made this phase more  smooth sailing.Thank you. Useless. Waited for 30 minutes past my appointment for a dermatologist, only to learn what I already know. Instead of doing a routine procedure suggested to wait for the approval of the insurance for a couple of days (in another clinic for the same problem - almost instantly) and then wait for another week for the doc to come back. Wasted time and money
