Leslie was incredibly helpful throughout all of my communications while booking my appointments. She was always professional, responsive, and very welcoming from start to finish. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering my questions clearly and ensuring everything was organised perfectly. It’s so reassuring to deal with someone who is both efficient and genuinely kind. Thank you, Leslie, for making the experience seamless from the very beginning. I had a full head of highlights done by Noor, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, she was extremely professional and thorough during my consultation. She explained clearly what we would be doing, which products we would use, and how we would approach my hair, especially as it is thin and had some damage from previous dye. I was initially worried we might not achieve the look I wanted, but Noor completely exceeded my expectations. Not only am I more than happy with the results, but I also genuinely enjoyed her presence and conversation throughout the appointment. She made me feel comfortable and confident the entire time. She kindly recommended products suitable for my hair (K18, shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, and oil), and I’m so pleased I purchased them, they have worked wonders already. I’m visiting from the UK and hope to be back in a couple of months. I will absolutely be rebooking with Noor. Thank you so much, Inshallah, I’ll see you again soon

Staff is polite and professional specially hair dresser Asha, she is from Pakistan and had done an amazing job on my hair. I was super concerned as it was my first experience with WoW Saloon and Asha. For sure I am going to visit here again.
