Caramel Beauty Salon – Highly Recommended! I had such a wonderful experience at Caramel Beauty Salon and couldn’t be happier with the results! The salon has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the entire team is incredibly professional. A special shoutout to Junice, their talented hair stylist. She truly works magic! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered a result that exceeded my expectations. My hair has never looked or felt better. If you’re looking for a place that combines skill, care, and a genuinely pleasant experience, Caramel Beauty Salon is the one. And definitely ask for Junice — she’s amazing! Highly recommended! ‍♀️✨

I had the worst experience at this salon. I had booked a haircut appointment today (29 December 2025) at 2:30 pm. The receptionist confirmed it to be at 12 pm. Upon reaching the salon I was not greeted properly which is fine. I found it unprofessional when the receptionist made it sound like I was at fault for coming at the confirmed time (12 pm). I reached the salon an hour early at 11 am. Then she ordered me that my appointment is at 2:30 pm. I showed her the confirmation sent by her via whatsapp & she just casually told that she had copy pasted. Definitely a waste of time ! I didnt say anything and just left. When I called her to inform about the severe impolite & unprofessional conduct of her’s, she was acting all polite as maybe the call was recorded. Anyway they lost a client. I also chose not to cut my hair from this salon. Won’t recommend this salon to anyone

This is one of my favorite places in Abu Dhabi. Caramel has always felt like my second home — I just love being pampered there! I’ve been visiting this place for the past eleven years, ever since I moved to Abu Dhabi. Recently, I accidentally left my ring on the table during a manicure, and they immediately called me to return it. Such honesty and care — keep shining and spreading love, Caramel! ✨

I had a fantastic experience at Caramel Beauty Lounge for their nail services. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The nail technician did an excellent job on my nails, and I was thrilled with the results. The salon was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning for future nail services!
