I am extremely grateful to Dr. Naga Priyanka an amazing gynecologist at Thumbay Hospital Fujairah for supporting me throughout my pregnancy journey. From my early visits until my normal delivery, she was always calm, patient, and very reassuring. I was diagnosed with GTT (gestational diabetes), and she guided me very clearly on diet control and sugar management. Because of her proper monitoring and encouragement, I was able to maintain good sugar levels and successfully have a normal delivery. Her confidence during labor gave me so much strength. I truly felt safe in her hands. I highly recommend her to all expecting mothers. Thank you, doctor, for making my pregnancy journey smooth and positive.

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the Emergency Department at Thumbay Hospital Fujairah. There appeared to be insufficient staff at reception despite the presence of critical cases. Emergency and elderly patients were not prioritized appropriately. A woman was standing at the reception repeatedly asking for help and saying "please" several times, yet neither of the two reception staff responded to her. She later collapsed in front of the desk and was only then taken inside. In another case, a man with a head injury was left waiting in severe pain, unable to open his eyes or speak, while his wife struggled to push his wheelchair without any assistance from staff. An emergency department must prioritize urgent and humanitarian cases over routine registrations. I strongly recommend reviewing staffing levels and triage procedures to ensure patient safety and dignity.

Dr. Ruheena and her staff were incredibly professional. They took the time to explain my treatment options, and I never felt rushed. The front desk staff was very welcoming."The team worked seamlessly together. The nurse Rajani was very reassuring during the procedure, and the follow-up from the doctor was excellent. Good affordable Hospital facility and well organized by management.

I had a very good delivery experience at Thumbay Hospital, Fujairah. My special thanks to my gynaecologist Dr. Naga Priyanka for her guidance and care throughout. All the gynaecologists were present and very supportive during my delivery, which made me feel safe and confident. The nurses and staff were extremely kind, patient, and supportive at every step. The post-delivery care was also excellent, and they took great care of both me and my baby. I’m truly grateful to the entire team and would highly recommend this hospital for maternity care.

Alhamdulillah 1 week ago my wife gave birth a baby girl from here. All the staff and services are very good especially a want to thank the doctors who are very excellent. Overall I experienced great hospitality better than my home country.specially Dr. NAGA PRIYANKA was very helpful and supportive . She guided us as a family member all the pregnancy period. Highly recommended
