I did a hydrafacial with Sheron, and honestly her work is amazing, very clean and professional. It’s the first time I really loved how my face looked after a facial. What I liked the most is that her hands are very gentle — you don’t feel much pain at all, yet you can clearly see how deep and effective the cleaning is. My skin felt so clean, fresh, and glowing. On top of that, her sweet, kind personality and constant smile made the whole experience even better. Please keep her in this branch and don’t transfer her, because she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. Her massage is excellent, very relaxing and not painful at all. I also want to praise her hygiene, honesty, and professionalism. Even the smell of the place and her personal hygiene were very clean and pleasant.

My experience at this clinic was very disappointing. First of all, the technician Manta did not provide the proper protective eye shields during my facial laser session, which is a serious safety concern. The treatment itself was very painful and felt too hot, and even though I mentioned it several times, she didn’t adjust the settings. Some areas were treated twice while others were skipped completely, leaving me with red bumps and patches afterward. On top of that, Manta seemed unfriendly and inattentive, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic Thank you for responding. However, your comment contains several inaccuracies. During my session, I was not provided proper eye protection — specifically, I was not given the required metal eye shields even though the laser was used very close to my eyes, which could have caused serious issues. The settings were also too strong despite me mentioning the pain multiple times. I’ve done over ten laser sessions at other clinics and never had this level of discomfort or reaction. Also, I do not personally know the dentist or any staff member. My review reflects my genuine experience, and I only hope it helps improve service quality in the future — instead of being accused of lying, as I was told that my review was "false" when the clinic contacted me. There was a clear communication from my side that the machine was too hot on my skin but I was ignored by the technician, regarding the glasses all laser clinic provide the metal eye shield when doing face laser as the Laser devices (like Candela Gentle Pro or Clarity II) emit high-intensity light that targets pigment (melanin) in the skin or hair. Even a tiny amount of that light entering your eye can burn or permanently damage: • the retina, • the cornea, or • the optic nerve — depending on the wavelength used. The laser can penetrate or reflect through plastic or glass lenses, so regular protective glasses don’t block all wavelengths. It’s also my legal right under UAE law to share an honest review based on my personal experience, as long as it is truthful and not defamatory. According to the UAE Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to express their opinions about the services they receive. My review was written respectfully and reflects my real experience.

I had for two years laser and i love how they are clean and I have good experience but I always pay 370 every time but today they let me pay 550 because I will do soft light before I pay 370 with the soft light why you are playing with the prices ???
