SHAMMAAEATS ON INSTAGRAM This is my own personal review and experience about this lady salon I had the privilege to try their pedicure and manicure normal color and I chose a yellow color that was named Busy as a bee you can see in my pictures that I posted the color exactly on my hands and you can see the shade obviously from the manicure brand I could definitely inform that this place is booked and busy. They have been opened for more than a year now and they are extremely successful. I really enjoy how amazing and professional all the stuff are and even the owner keeps a business running and she keeps it very organized and a very having good experience with all the clients, which is absolutely incredible. their hospitality is so good and they even offer you water and any drinks that you want and the place is absolutely so beautiful. The ambience of the place is very girly and very spectacular. I heard that they give the best blowout hair ever and there is especially hair care products and so many amazing shades of manicures that you can choose from gellish or normal nailpolish with them which is absolutely incredible and so convenient. I really like the shades that they had but unfortunately, they did not have a shade that I wanted, which was soft baby blue but hopefully I will be courage to try more colors and I was absolutely so stunned by how beautiful the places and how organized and it definitely will not be my last time to check this incredible salon

I’ve been getting gel polish done at H Salon for a while now, and they never disappoint! The team is always so professional, welcoming, and incredibly skilled. Jubel and Jovi are absolutely awesome — they’re a fantastic team and always make the experience enjoyable. My nails come out flawless every time and last for weeks. This time, I tried their seasonal special color and I’m obsessed — it looks stunning and festive, perfect for the holidays. Highly recommend H Salon for anyone looking for top-notch service and beautiful results!

The salon has a beautiful interior, very elegant and relaxing. I did a manicure and pedicure today and really loved the work — everything was done so nicely! Also, Jubail treated me with so much kindness and care. Highly recommend! ✨

I had my hair treatment and BB cream with Isabelle and it was absolutely amazing! She was professional and really took the time to understand what my hair needed. The results were beautiful, my hair feels soft and healthy.

I was booked with Isabel and was deciding between a sedr treatment and a scalp scrub. She explained that she doesn’t do organic treatments, so I went ahead with the scalp scrub / something I’m very familiar with and do regularly. To be fair, the scalp scrub itself was excellent. She took her time, worked the scalp thoroughly using her hands and a brush, and didn’t rush the process at all. It was genuinely relaxing and better executed than what you get in many salons, where scalp treatments are often done very quickly. Where the experience fell short was in communication and flexibility. During small talk, there was some subtle product pushing, which I didn’t really appreciate. After the scrub, I asked whether my hair would be shampooed. She said she could shampoo it if I wanted, but it was clearly framed as unnecessary ("your hair is clean, you’ll see"). I have an oily scalp and know my hair well, and I ended up needing to wash it the next day - which I usually avoid, as I don’t wash my hair daily. What bothered me wasn’t the service itself, but the tone - it felt more like her opinion outweighed the client’s preference. I value a more open, collaborative approach, especially when it comes to routines I already know work for me. Because of that, I wouldn’t return to her again, despite the good technique. On a positive note, I also did a manicure, which was a good experience - neat, calm, and well done.

I was a loyal customer in this salon for months, but my most recent experience was absolutely unacceptable and I will not be going back again. I had a gel polish manicure done and within 9 days - 5 nails broke. My first one broke within 24hrs so I had to go back in literally the next day to fix it!! For the premium price I paid - I expect and want better. I don’t have time or patience to go to their salon every 3 days because of poor work done in first place. My nails from the same salon usually last me up to 4 weeks with same products. This time the application was clearly poor, nails cracked, chipped, and lifted. Not to mention my nails were so thin from over filing and not applying enough product. When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility, the staff blamed my nails and even tried to "educate" me on choosing a different type of gel. Completely dismissive and insulting. Rather than owning up to the technician’s mistake, the salon offered me a discount, offered to fix only the broken nails again, and used arguments like "it’s because of your nails" and it’s "out of our control"??? Completely unacceptable. That is not customer service. That is refusing to take accountability. I strongly advise anyone considering this salon to be cautious. Poor quality of work and a complete lack of respect for loyal customers!

I visited this salon for a colour service with a clear reference image for subtle, blended brunette highlights. During the appointment, the stylist was working on multiple clients at the same time, and the service felt rushed. I was shown a technical shade book and asked to choose a shade. I clearly explained that the options looked the same to me and that I wanted a warm chocolate tone, and I relied on the stylist to guide that decision and interpret the reference image. At one point, another stylist stepped in to assist, and I overheard a brief exchange between them where the approach and tools being used were questioned. The response given was that the stylist was proceeding that way due to time constraints and being in a rush, which reinforced my impression that the appointment was overbooked and that attention to detail was compromised. The final result was noticeably lighter and more blonde than intended, with higher contrast than the reference image and some highlights appearing stringy rather than softly blended into my natural hair. When I returned to discuss the outcome, I was told explicitly that this was not considered a mistake, that the colour had been executed based on the shade selected from the book, and that the reference image I had shown was not used as the guiding point during the service. I was told that achieving a darker, more blended result would require paying an additional 400 AED, despite already having paid 1000 AED. My experience made it clear that the salon operates very differently for regular clients versus first-time or occasional clients. If you’re not already a regular, I would strongly recommend being very cautious, insisting on full attention during your appointment, and clarifying upfront how reference images are treated and what the correction policy is if the final result does not align with expectations.
