I had my first massage experience today and it was wonderful. The receptionist was very polite, welcoming, and highly professional, which made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. My therapist, Tendo, was extremely kind and professional. When she knew that it was my first time having a massage, she took the time to explain the different types of massages and guided me through everything I needed to know before starting. The massage itself was excellent and very relaxing. After the session, she also provided helpful information about the services available in both this building and their other branch, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this center. Thank you, Tendo, for your kindness, professionalism, and for making my first massage experience so comfortable and memorable. I truly appreciate it

I’ve been visiting this beauty center and spa for my Pilates sessions, and I absolutely love it. The place is very calm, quiet, and beautifully maintained — the perfect escape from a busy day. The team is always friendly, polite, and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. My instructor is especially wonderful — very professional, attentive, and motivating, which makes the Pilates classes both enjoyable and effective. What I also love is that the center offers everything in one place: spa services, salon, yoga, even a cozy coffee corner. It truly feels like a relaxing haven where you can take care of both body and mind. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful spot to recharge, exercise, and pamper themselves!

I visited the Synergy and had a manicure and pedicure session. I requested a couple’s room, but unfortunately, the room provided wasn’t suitable for couples and was a bit unorganized. Everything else was perfect, including the service and the foot massage, even though it was done in a regular chair.

Synergy healing centre is absolutely amazing! Their staff are super friendly and professional, and their work is excellent. They offer everything — massages, manicures, pedicures — and everything is top quality. My favorite employee is Jennyi; she’s the best for manicures and pedicures, and her work is always perfect. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with great prices and excellent service overall.

The manicure and pedicure service was really good, clean, well done, and professional. However, the staff were very loud, laughing and talking to each other throughout the service. I usually come to relax and unwind, so the noise made it a bit hard to fully enjoy the experience. With a calmer atmosphere, this place would be perfect.

I can’t recommend this place enough! After years of struggling with unresolved neck and back pain, I finally found real relief thanks to Physiotherapist Batool. She is truly exceptional, not only did she treat the root causes of my pain, but she also helped me understand my body better, teaching me how to listen to its signals and care for it properly. The center is fully equipped with the latest physiotherapy technologies, including Red light heat therapy, lymphatic drainage suits, and ANF therapy stickers, which were surprisingly effective. Every session felt targeted and purposeful, and the atmosphere is professional yet comforting. If you’re dealing with any chronic pain, muscle tension, or just want to maintain your physical well-being, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely keep coming back alwaysz it’s not just a clinic, it’s part of my wellness routine now.
