My experience today at the dental clinic with Dr. Mohamed Abu Mekhima was very comfortable. I didn't experience any pain during the tooth extraction with Dr. Mohamed. He is a very experienced doctor who understands the patient's psychological state and makes them comfortable during the procedure. I thank the doctor for his excellent treatment of patients.

Dr. Sreelatha Krishnan is an excellent and highly professional doctor in the Physical Therapy Department. She is very knowledgeable, supportive, and always takes the time to explain treatments clearly. Her caring attitude and dedication make patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their recovery journey. She truly stands out for her commitment, patience, and passion for helping others, and she is a great asset to the department.

حبيت أكتب هالكلمة لأني فعلًا انبهرت من الخدمة اليوم. قبل كنا نتعب وايد عشان الموافقات وتاخذ وقت طويل، بس اليوم كانت التجربة مختلفة تمامًا. كل شي كان سريع وسلس ومرتب، وارتحت وايد. ‎وأخص بالشكر الصيدلانية سارة، كانت جدًا محترمة ومتعاونة وتعاملها راقي. سهلت علينا الموضوع وخلتنا نحس بالراحة. الله يحفظها ويريحها مثل ما ريحتنا. شكرًا لكم على هالخدمة الطيبة، فعلًا تفرق.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience at Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Hospital, specifically with one of the dentists. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory, neither in terms of professional conduct nor quality of treatment. When I requested a sick leave, the doctor’s attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, she blamed me, which is not appropriate in a medical environment where patients should feel supported and respected. Regarding the dental treatment, the work was not done properly. There was a dead nerve that was not removed, and the filling was not done correctly. This caused me discomfort and pain afterward, clearly indicating that the procedure was not carried out to an acceptable standard. In addition, there was an issue with the hospital system, and I was informed that they would try to issue my sick leave the following day. When the doctor called me the next day, her tone was extremely rude. Despite me thanking her, she abruptly said "okay, bye" and hung up the phone. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards expected from a reputable healthcare institution, and I hope the management takes this complaint seriously to ensure better patient care and professionalism in the future.
