Amazing customer service! Everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and really went the extra mile to make me feel special. I’m in love with the outcome of my hair! The blow-dry was gorgeous and everything was done so quickly but to such a high standard. Couldn’t be happier with the experience – highly recommend!

The worst!! I went there on October 31 for a simple hair wash and blow-dry. Here’s what happened: They were 20 minutes late for my appointment. After my hair was washed, the same lady started to blow-dry it. Just three minutes later, the owner called her to assist another customer. My hair wasn’t even half done! I was left waiting for another 10 minutes until a man noticed me sitting there without help and finally continued doing my hair. The owner seemed friendly toward certain nationalities and greeted them but completely ignored me. Time to pay, the lady suddenly told me the price was AED 350, even though she had said AED 200 at the beginning. AT the end I paid AED 210! To make things worse, they used the same hair comb for everyone — no hygiene at all!
