Yesterday I had a 75-minute slimming massage with a therapist named Luzel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best slimming massages I’ve ever experienced. You can truly feel that she works from the heart — she pays real attention to every part of the body and works deeply and thoroughly on each area. It didn’t feel rushed at all; every movement had purpose and care. I loved the entire experience and felt amazing afterward. I will definitely be coming back to this salon again. Thank you, Luzel — there should be more therapist like you.

One of the best salons I’ve ever done my hair at. I had my hair done by Waheeba, and her work was absolutely amazing. Even the hair wash experience was perfect unfortunately, I didn’t have time to get the name of the lady who washed my hair, but everything was done so professionally. I honestly didn’t expect this level of service. The welcoming from the staff was very warm, the salon is extremely clean, and they are very professional with their clients. I truly had a great experience and would definitely recommend this salon.

I had a great experience! Lanour’s hair stylist Wahiba is simply amazing. She took her time to discuss with me about what I wanted for my hair. She was very patient and thorough. In 2 hrs she turned my very long, very dry and very processed hair into a head of bouncy, honey hued and vibrant waves- Exceeding my expectations. I also had my lash extensions that was fantastic. This turns out to be a great way to spend a rainy afternoon (yes, a record-setting thunder storm) in Dubai. -lilian

I had a great 30 min neck, shoulder and head massage from Luzel. She was amazing. Great way to relax if you don’t have loads of time for a full massage.

I have been doing my nails there for some time now as it’s just convenient as I live next door and I don’t need to drive. Nothing special about it, just average service in Dubai - solid 3. But I’m not picky or perfectionist about it. Last time I decided to cut my nails very short and do regular gelish as I’m pregnant and i need easy maintenance when baby comes. However around week after, all gelish have broke like a spider web and then damaged my 2 nails to fully break. I went there after 10 days in total to see if they can do the repair as obviously it’s the gel quality they used (as i see this happened first time in my life) and they just said they can’t do nothing about it due to the system they could, if it passed only 2-3 days, but like this system and management can see anyways, no apology, they didn’t offer an alternative or meet in half way. Nothing . 300 aed wasted for a week of "cute nails". Never in my life gave one star , but here we go. Lost a client just like that.
