I have been visiting this salon since last October, and every experience has been consistently excellent. Whether it’s the full package, gel polish mani-pedi, or massage, the service quality, cleanliness, and time management are always commendable. As a new mother and a working woman, time is always limited for me, and I especially appreciate the owner for truly valuing this and ensuring I get exactly what I need within the time I mention. Special thanks to Maahi — I’ve had manicures, pedicures, facials, and massages done by her, and she is absolutely wonderful at her work. The salon is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. I would like to especially thank Souad who did the Moroccan bath for me — she was more than amazing Very professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Mahi did an incredible job with the cleanup—no rushing, just pure attention to detail. This is something I really appreciated, as many salons tend to rush through the process, especially when you're paying a premium for the service. The mani-pedi was super relaxing and left me feeling refreshed. The team was really gentle and patient. I also got a blow dry, and they styled my hair beautifully! The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of services, and I loved that there are discounts on individual services too, which is a nice bonus. I had the chance to chat with the owner, who was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain all the packages and services in detail. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and want everyone to have a great experience. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but I can honestly say that every staff member I interacted with was kind, patient, and sweet. I’ll definitely be recommending Naya Haus to my family and friends, and I’ll be back for sure!
