Terrible experience with Biji Ladies Beauty Salon. After paying 50% to book for NYE more than 1 week before the "Home Service Make-up" for my wife for December 31st, the make-up artist didn't appear so she had to makeup herself. This company is so unprofessional that they confirmed to me twice in same day. I booked paying 50% upfront with this company after Biji Salon confirmed availability for the make-up service from 4pm to 5pm in Downtown saying that they had 3 more customers in same area and building, so I paid. I got a call at 2.30pm confirming that they will come to my home in time. No show at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm while I was really worried making them so many calls and sending WhatsApps with no response. At 6.30pm someone pick up the phone to say they were coming late but certainly MAKE-UP ARTIST WILL COME... Lies... Still at 7.30pm and after more than 20 calls and WhatsApp without response someone picked up the phone to say that they were in Dubai Marina and due to closure of roads they couldn't reach my building! Nothing but lies! When I offered them a Downtown Resident Credential as needed but my son was able to reach my building in Downtown from Dubailand with no issue and without even showing the credentials since the access was never blocked to my area! So the point of saying that you were not allowed to access is a big lie! If this would have been true why you didn't call me when you were supposed blocked to access??? (I would have brought you to that point, 1 credentials or 2 even for driver, and issues solved) Why no one called me with a minimum sign of respect? Finally when you pick up my call at 7.30pm to tell me a silly story adding that it was no one mistake because of road closures that didn't affect to reach my building (and when your salon has been years in Business Bay, you know this well) And I had to keep calm since you will make the refund! A shame... not for the money but for the experience! Keep far from this Salon... They destroyed our NYE experience without showing a trace of empathy and professionalism, but next time it could be your wedding, your Diwali, your Iftar... etc. P.S. You must pay VAT to book but refund is without VAT and only after 48 hours of claiming and more than 10 calls...

We had an incredible hair and makeup experience today with Biji and Preethi. They took care of all the ladies invited to this private event. They were incredibly patient and very understanding with the delays we faced. Biji and Preethi both did our makeup and hair and we all love it. Definitely recommend their services for events as they have home services. Thank you ladies again for being so professional. ‍♀️
