I’m beyond pleased with Ranny, the services, professionalism and all the staff who either washed, blow dried and everything! From the moment I entered I was greeted warmly and was attended to multiple times! Ranny, I can’t thank you enough for the beautiful cut and balayage you gave me! I’m still in a shock of how amazing my hair looks and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s exactly the colour I’ve always wanted! Thank you so much. I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now, and every visit leaves me genuinely happy. The place is always filled with positive energy — it feels like a little recharge every time I go! The staff are wonderful, especially Emad and Shadi, who are always professional and kind. A special mention to Rani, whose smile and expertise make every haircut and color session perfect. You can really see the passion in their work. Highly recommended — great atmosphere, great people, and amazing results every time!

I got my hair done at this salon it was my first time visiting. Ranny did a fantastic job with my hair exactly like how I wanted the color to be with the highlights. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend him to anyone coming to Abu Dhabi.

This was one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had. The therapist was openly rude, dismissive, and lacked even basic manners. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no effort to make a client feel comfortable. Paying customers should not be treated with arrogance or disrespect. This visit felt like an inconvenience to the therapist rather than a service I was paying for. Such behavior points to serious issues with staff training and management standards. I was asked rudely "what do you want " - exact words - when I reached instead of how can we help etc. I ignored imagining it to be as being poor at English. This attitude and behavior continued throughout. I tried to speak up for myself and it got worse. Other services that I took were a first for me and I was really happy but for one which compelled me to write. Until management takes responsibility, issues a proper apology, and ensures their staff understands how to speak to clients, I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.

I went in to the salon so unsure about what I wanted and anxious. I left with the biggest smile and looking so much better than i walked in and feeling lighter than ever. This will definitely be my new place. Thank you guys for the special treatment!
