The lady at the reception has no compassion towards patients..and she made me more sick as she did not follow the doctor's instructions about giving sick leave certificates..I called and called and every time she would come up with a different excuse.Never ever seen people who treat patients that badly and the ABU Dhabi health authority should supervise how patients are. treated happening here..She asked me to come again for the sick leave...Will never go there again.

Im thankful for the two nurse assistants who assisted me when I came. they are so friendly and very good. I forgot their names but i will never forget them

I have been working in Al Ain since 2018. It was my colleague who introduced me to this clinic. I still remember my first visit — I went there to treat my damaged tooth. The service was excellent, and the dentist was highly skilled in his field. Since then, whenever I feel unwell, I visit the clinic to consult the doctors. I am very satisfied with the quality of their service. The staff members are also very cooperative — truly the backbone of the clinic. A special mention goes to Dr. Sudhakaran Sir, a wonderful human being who supported me during my difficult times. I will always be grateful for his help.

The facilities are clean and well-organized, and the doctors are highly knowledgeable and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I had a very bad experience. I had to wait for 3 hours to get my wound dressed. If you have to wait because of the rush, it's okay, but this is because many people who came before me came out after their dressing and still didn't call me. The person with me came an hour later than me and still he was given treatment. They treat people who are close to them quickly. I asked him if he had booked in advance but he had not. So I will never suggest this clinic to anyone new. The doctor and the treatment were excellent.
