Looks a good facility on the first floor Only stairs are available no lift option. Clinical services are available and I have scene the front desk staff cooperative. Available doctor along with necessary staff. Nearby pharmacy is plus point of this. Access is easier and infront of Al qarya auction.

My very first impression of the clinic has been fair. Time of Registration is subject to the number of appointments and I believe every clinic has their own processes to complete the formalities. My experience as a first timer here was rather pleasant, the specialist visited this evening was Dr. Thomas Nainan, a person very welcoming and his investigation was precise. The nursing staff was friendly and courteous too. Hope my future visits here are on the expected level if not higher.

1st Time they accept the Nextcare incurance in medical but phamacy they did not accept 2nd time they are not accepting Next care insurance at ALL even after confirming with nextcare customer service. Staff very Bad Manners. They treat us like inhuman

Even though the clinic is small but the behaviors, of the stuffs and nurse as well as the counter man was so nice and warm. Also the best Doc. i have met is Doc. Sajeed so nice and compassionate towards the patients. So satisfied 🙂

Customer relations very poor,Taking lot of time,Me and our family visited plenty of the time. same complaint every time,Children Specialist Dr.Chinju Lowarance was extremely good ,only that reason we came again and again.
