This is for Dr Priya. Respectful communication is a basic expectation from any doctor, especially for pregnant patients. But the behavior I experienced was rude and dismissive, even though we had followed her earlier instructions. Instead of proper guidance, we were met with anger, which only creates stress and destroys trust. Raising your voice at patients is not acceptable. That is not how a professional doctor should behave. We are paying for the consultation, and speaking to us as if we are being scolded is completely inappropriate. Patients deserve calm, polite, and respectful communication at all times. Because of this experience, we will not be returning. We prefer to consult a doctor who communicates clearly and treats patients with the friendliness and respect they deserve.

I came to Shifa for treatment after hearing name of Dr. Priya from my friends. Doctor explained our problem in detail. Now after treatment my wife is 3 months pregnant. Thanks to madam for her care and professionalism.

Such a pathetic medical centre in rasal khaimah, todayvi visited here for consulting a ortho doctor i get an appointment from Mr : Anil kumar misra he dont know how to behave with patient, even he just ask what's the problem, i replied i have a back pain then he didnt ask or examine me, he written some medicine and injenction without proper examine The same attitude showed with my friend he is also an existing patient of this rude man, He is thinking he is doing all of these free Who read this review kindly reconsider this. hospital before going, especially this doctor

Overall excellent experience. Dr. Priya was friendly, polite and quick in diagnosis and treatment. One star less for the gyny sister attitude. She was constantly on phone while doctor was examining and performing scan. Sister need to improve.

Receptionist are very nice and clear and doctors as well. Please ask your lab technician (the female who extracts blood) to carefully place the needles and ensure not to be contaminated before using. This is critical in a lab environment. She kept the needle aside with no cover then wanted to use it on the other hand. Hygiene and contamination to be checked and trained to her.
