Emirates Hospital Clinics - Ras Al Khaimah

No Doubt there Doctors are good. I don’t want to name any specific Doctor because I’ve great professional experience with them. I Didn’t like their management service at all. As per there recent changes the customer have to roam around every where by themselves. First to get report Reception they dont even bother to print the medical report. you have to go all the way to medical store get your report printed come back approach the doctor where you have to deal with SUPER RUDE nurses again (I didn’t took there picture as it’s against law )you have to wait for there mood to be Good so they will assist you to get Doctor stamp to buy Medicine from different medical store. Even for approved medical report they charge you 20 aed extra all medical center do it in 50 and they give you golden stamp in 70 aed because it’s there policy. Pathetic experience with management they need huge improvement.

I am very disappointed with the level of customer service provided. Communication with the Ras Al Khaimah branch is extremely difficult, and reaching the Customer Service Department is a constant challenge. Patients’ requests and inquiries often go unanswered, with no follow-up or clear response, which causes frustration and inconvenience—especially for patients who require timely support. I strongly believe there is a need for significant improvement in responsiveness, communication, and overall customer care to meet acceptable service standards.

I am very happy with their service, especially Dr. Fathima, the nursing team and the radiology department. They provided excellent care and treatment for my daughter and we are truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!

Mostly of the comments are too bad. Mostly of the people whose working here is having attitude and like they are the VIP in this country, even they go in another facility they act like they are in their own facility. There is a staff Mohamed S, he came to our store and demanded a something we can do cause of policy then he said "you don’t have choice but to give" and throw the receipt in front of me. The moment he do that I checked immediately all the feedback in his work and found that their attitude. They can’t follow simple instructions or policy.

the worst. I went to the doctor on Monday and they said they will give me a call by Tuesday morning to book further appointments for me. Waited for 2 days and called them for 3 times to follow up, until today - the next Monday. After 7 days, they just like disappeared. Such worse management
