I want to express my appreciation for the excellent care provided by Dr. Nisha Mathew.They were professional, attentive, and made my visit a positive experience. However, I noticed some unprofessional behavior at the reception desk. Specifically, the reception staff appeared to be speaking about patients behind their backs, which did not create a welcoming or professional atmosphere. As a patient, this made me feel uncomfortable. I hope you can address this matter to ensure all patients feel respected and valued.
