we came to the clinic around 2 PM 11/10/2025 The receptionist (from the Philippines) told us that the doctor was available, but she refused to book the appointment. Her attitude was not respectful, and she didn’t seem to know how to deal with patients properly. It was disappointing and unprofessional.

Visited the medical centre due to bleeding. I was informed that insurance approval was required and that the consultation and treatment would cost AED 160. I was asked to pay a cash deposit of AED 60 to proceed. After the assessment, I was told that only cleaning and a plaster were needed, and I was then asked to pay an additional AED 25. The AED 60 deposit was not refunded at the time, and I was informed that I would need to wait 48 hours for insurance approval to receive the refund and this was informed after the treatment and paying. As I live in Abu Dhabi and cannot return to the centre, I was told this was the only available process. In total, the cleaning and plaster cost AED 85.

Very poor service experience. There is no proper queue system in place, leading to confusion and disorganization. Patients are forced to wait far too long, which is unacceptable—especially in a healthcare setting. Immediate improvement in management and patient flow is needed.

The medical checkups were completed very quickly, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Excellent service overall!

I would like to thank Dr Smitha (dentist) is extremely professional and knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. She’s definitely one of the best!
