⭐ 1 Star, Inhumane Treatment of a Child in an Emergency I am writing this review as a father, and I honestly never imagined I would experience something like this at a medical facility. My six-year-old child fell and was taken to this center as an emergency case. He was in pain and distress. Despite this: - My child already has a medical file at this center - His insurance is valid and accepted here I clearly explained the emergency situation The staff refused to admit him or even assess him. What is absolutely unacceptable is that I offered to pay cash immediately, without using insurance at all, and they still refused. This goes beyond poor service. This is a complete lack of humanity and medical ethics. Refusing emergency care to a six-year-old child, while the parent is standing there desperate and ready to take full financial responsibility, is something no healthcare facility should ever do. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and shockingly indifferent. No empathy. No urgency. No responsibility. If this is how emergencies??, especially involving children are handled??, then parents should seriously think twice before trusting this place with their family’s health. This incident will not be ignored, and it deserves escalation to the relevant health authorities so that no other child or parent has to go through such an experience. Extremely disappointing. Completely unacceptable

Dr. Nancy Labib has been my dermatologist and my family’s dermatologist for many years, and I honestly trust her very much. I visit her for any dermatology related concern, whether medical or aesthetic, and she is simply the BEST at what she does. She has the rare combination of deep medical expertise, genuine care, and a beautiful heart. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring, and she always makes me feel comfortable, happy, and completely satisfied with the results. She listens, she understands, and she always gives honest advice with your best interest in mind. I never feel rushed and I always feel safe in her hands. Dr. Nancy has an incredible way of making me feel good about myself, inside and out. I lovingly call her my "beauty fairy" because she has such a magical way of making me feel confident and well cared for. I recommend her from the bottom of my heart to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist for both skin and beauty treatments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Doaa Zaki for several years now, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her care. She is extremely knowledgeable, taking time to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly. Her compassion and attentiveness are rare—she truly listens. I can’t speak highly enough about the exceptional care my husband received from Dr. Doaa. I had an excellent experience and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Her passion for her work as a doctor truly shows and immediately puts you at ease. I felt well cared for and completely confident in her expertise. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family without hesitation.

This clinic seems to be working just to bleed ur insurance. My experience I had ligament partially torn. So orthopedic Dr gave me some med and physiotherapy. I have to come back to doctor later because it’s interesting. Anyway these sessions were different not better for almost 30 minutes they put Tens device and after that gel and 5 minutes of moving legs exercises and she will tell me to continue at home unlike other clinics specially that one I’m going to now they are far more professional they real follow up with ur progress and change exercises and treatment but back to sessions even though it’s covered 100% under insurance they were charging 1200 AED per session that was a lot more then other clinics prime will charge around 350 to 400 AED and Adam viral around 500 AED the one in going to only 200 AED that’s mine blowing to me. A side from bleeding my insurance trainer or nurse she was weird because she wanted me to come next day also, and I told her normally it’s one session every two days. Any I went next day and during physiotherapy she told if I can come tomorrow for 3 session I told her I can’t and gave her reason but that didn’t set will and when I was signing paper I noticed they have charged my insurance around 3K already. So I stopped going there. But some reason I can’t recall I went back to doctor complaining about my knee and during conversation he told me do surgery and replied I want to avoid it that why I’m doing everything I can then he said beware the torn ligament might attached itself somewhere else in my knee that was like BS at spot I was staring at him in disbelief that this person is specialist I can’t recall his name unfortunately. My wife experience: yesterday she visited Medicare I told her not go she told me it’s close by she went there waited almost 1 hour and doctor wanted typical x ray she was told to pay for x ray and it’s not covered by her insurance but type A flu test was covered she told them that it should be other way around. But her insurance category A which covers everything for example physiotherapy limit set at 1000000 AED. She called me and told her same don’t go there they are weird with their procedures. Clinic should have informed her that x ray not covered if required before taking her in for consultation but they won’t miss their chance to charge ur insurance. My 2nd experience and last was with skin doctor Nancy. I visited her having warts under my feet so she decided to do freeze them at start of procedure she was fine and when started to tell her that she miss a spot she took it as offense and she said something but I can’t recall. I know she miss spot because that spot rubs when I’m worry safety shoes at works for long hours any way I went to prime and doctor nagla was very kind and cooperative as old lady she did more then her and she did everything by her self even removing skin from top of wart. Overall this only Medicare branch I have issue with other branch are typical clinics nothing good or bad about them
