Fakeeh Medicentres - Al Furjan

Pessima esperienza, il dottore di base è veramente limitato, la clinica spinge per presentarsi più volte , per avere più entrate. Da evitare , specialmente se Europei .

I’d like to share my experience with this clinic, starting with Dr. Fazila—a very friendly dentist who takes time to explain everything clearly so you can fully understand your condition. She has such a light and approachable personality that makes each visit comfortable. The nurse and reception staff are equally accommodating and welcoming, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely recommend this clinic! ✨

The doctors are excellent, and I highly recommend visiting the Al Furjan branch. However, the experience with the administration has been disappointing. For over three days, we were told that the prescribed medication would be arranged, yet there has been no update. Despite multiple follow-ups with both the clinic and the call centre, there’s been no response or resolution.

I have tried giving this clinic multiple chances and they have disappointed everytime. The doctors there have no credibility and zero idea on patient management. They have given the incorrect treatment to my infant daughter. She was asked to do tests and because the doctor went on leave I was asked to book another consult for just interpretation of the results. This is after waiting for 3 days for a revert. This is not the first time they have failed poorly. All they care about is leveraging the insurance

Visited for flu vaccine today. Amal is the magician, the prick was not felt at all. Literally no prick felt. She has the best hand to inject!

I had a dentist appointment with Dr. Fazila, she is honestly the best doctor I’ve ever had.

Alwys happy to see Dr Manal as she is the best pediatrician for us!
