I came here yesterday to see a paediatrician for my 2 year old daughter who had a flu a few days ago which was clearing up but then she went downhill again yesterday. I was booked in quickly that day. I arrived and immediately had to pay before seeing anyone. The receptionist mumbled a few times and wasn’t very welcoming. We went into see the nurse lady who was nice enough. Then we went into see the paediatrician I explained that my daughters temperature had come back and that she was very miserable again and he said well she looks ok. He said everything looks fine and moved me on my way. This didn’t sit right with me as she was so upset and miserable for the rest of the day I knew something was wrong. I later that evening got in touch with another Dr at a completely different place who came to our hotel and checked her out and did a swab to find out she actually had a swollen throat, very painful sinuses and a bacterial infection that needed antibiotics which they prescribed. Thankfully she is now on the mend due to me getting another opinion from elsewhere. I’m very unimpressed at how much I had to pay here for little to no help or care factor over my concerns for my 2 year old. I would not recommend at all and definitely wouldn’t return here.

About Dr. Bachar, I can confidently say that he is a true life saver. I’m very disappointed at the service in Dubai London Clinic. I had to do couple of test and examinations which cost me around 4,500 dirham. Once I have received the test one person on WhatsApp text me that you can continue with some medication. Once I called back to meet the doctor to explain me the results they told me I have to pay again for consultation. I explained them that it does not make any sense. I have paid to make test and examination that cost me 4,500 and a doctor needs to explain me how the test went. What will I do with a test that I don’t understand. The price should include a follow up to explain the results. When I spoke to the manager he said you can send a feedback to our customer service. For me this is unbelievable.

My experience was disappointing since I didn’t find the professionality that I was looking for. After the xray I’ve just been told "your bone is not broken" without the diagnosis. I needed to ask after to see what was wrong with my foot. They told me the ankle was injured but after seeing other doctors in other clinics it turned out to be the foot, not the ankle. Anyway, I asked in the reception multiple times to have a medical report since it was needed for my job. They told me I would receive it that night but they didn’t send it to me, I called the day after and they told me the same thing but again, nothing. I’ve just received the photos of the xray. I sent even emails. After another call, finally, they sent me the report that I needed. Furthermore, in the clinic, when they made me try the boot for my foot support, the lady who was helping me wasn’t kind at all and made me feel uncomfortable. To be honest I was expecting an excellent service that would go beyond the standard and usual clinic, since it was more expensive But I just spent the money in an "emergency" situation without thinking about the price, but I will never come again and I won’t suggest it to anyone… Mistakes and misunderstanding can happen, of course, but when it’s about medical environment, the situation is more delicate.
