Had an extremely disappointing experience at Dr. Joseph's Polyclinic, Karama today at around 7:00pm. Chaotic from the start: took a token, but staff randomly requested people to come for registration while screens updated haphazardly. They mixed up phone numbers despite me giving mine twice and curtly told us to wait at Room 9—instead of explaining why not go directly to the doctor at Room 15. Token system made no sense: clear favoritism for patients speaking the staff's language at Room 9 entrance. Huge crowd jammed there, no token order followed—screens only flash after Room 9 checks, but nurses ignored tokens entirely. After nearly an hour, my token never showed; they called my mother's old number from years ago. Zero empathy or coordination. Refund handled bluntly, no apology—like they couldn't care less. Shocked at the 4.8 rating across 6,910 reviews. Obvious favoritism and zero empathy from the nurses—who should be ashamed of their behavior. Will urge friends, colleagues, and relatives to avoid. Patients deserve compassion, not a marketplace rush.
