I had an excellent experience at this hospital. When I stepped onto the first floor, I was confused, but I was pleasantly surprised when I met a lady named Adhira. She took great care of me, patiently handled all my inquiries, and guided me through the services based on her recommendations. She made sure I completed all the procedures that were mentioned by the doctor. I returned the next day for my results, and once again, she happily assisted me and took me to the doctor. Finally, Dinah handled the rest of the process smoothly until my checkout. Overall, the service was outstanding, and the staff were extremely supportive and kind. I highly recommend this hospital 100%. If you want it more formal or shorter (for Google reviews, for example), I can adjust it.

During my last visit, I had a bad experience and was not satisfied with the consultation from Dr. Chattri. However, with the help of the management in addressing and resolving my complaints and concerns, I am now happy and satisfied with the consultation I received. Dr. Mukka is a very good doctor—highly professional, approachable, and respectful. All the tension I felt during my pregnancy was relieved because I received proper and sufficient consultation from Dr. Mukka. I truly felt the care and attention given to me as a patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Mukka to patients who are looking for a doctor who provides comfort, respect, and the kind of consultation that patients truly deserve.

I had booked my physiotherapy for 5 days, but the overall experience at the reception was very disappointing. Even with a prior appointment, I had to wait more than 30 minutes just to get a token number. If appointments are given, there should be a proper system to respect patients’ time. What felt especially unfair was that people with references or personal connections were taken in first, while those who arrived earlier without knowing anyone were made to wait. This creates a very unprofessional and unequal experience. The reception staff also need serious improvement. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and the way they spoke made it seem like they were unhappy with their job. On a positive note, Dr. Deepna Sekharan is extremely professional and caring. The way she treats and understands patients is truly amazing, and that is the main reason I continue my treatment at this clinic. Her dedication and patient care deserve appreciation.

My experience with the Gynaecologist Dr. Sravani Mukka was excellent.She is only available on Sunday in Deira Branch. She is extremely calm, friendly, and always smiling, which helped ease my anxiety. Her positive attitude made a big difference during my visit. I’m very grateful for her care.
