I want to share my personal experience with Well Care Clinic, especially with Dr. Ehab and Dr. Sameh. Despite some comments about the old building or staff, my experience was completely positive where it truly matters — the doctors. Both doctors are extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. They take the time to listen, explain clearly, and genuinely care about their patients’ well-being. In my opinion, they are among the best doctors in the UAE. Facilities can always be improved, but the quality of medical care I received was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Ehab and Dr. Sameh to anyone looking for trusted and experienced specialists.

I had very bad experience today at Well care medical center . I have been waiting for 3 hours to see the doctor I took appointment at 2 pm unfortunately another patient walk-in was taken before me and I was waiting doing nothing… only pacified 10 minutes 15 minutes until it’s 3 hours passed No respect for the time of the patient no system in place and no care

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this medical center. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that they have little regard for appointment schedules. Despite having an appointment, I was forced to wait far beyond my scheduled time with no explanation or apology from the staff. The registration process was just as frustrating—disorganized and time-consuming, with long waits and unclear instructions. The lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time makes this place entirely untrustworthy. I would not recommend this medical center to anyone looking for reliable and efficient care.

Dr. Essam is honestly the best dentist I’ve dealt with in the UAE! Super skilled and professional, and he really makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs great dental care. Prices are fair and the clinic is very flexible with payments and appointments. 10/10 experience! And well care Medical center in the best service they give

Dr. Wolfgang Johannson is truly an outstanding doctor and the best in UAE ,with over 40 years of experience, and it absolutely shows. From the moment I walked in, I felt reassured by his calm and professional demeanor. He listened carefully to all my concerns, explained everything in a clear and comforting way, and never made me feel rushed. His depth of knowledge and genuine care for my medical concern made all the difference. The clinic is also well-managed and really happy that an experienced doctor had joined this clinic .I would absolutely come back to see Dr. Wolf again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and compassionate Doctor .

Usually, I don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with Dr. Sameh. We already had two children, but this was the first time my wife delivered outside our home country. Never in my life have I met a doctor like Dr. Sameh. From the very first day until the delivery, he and his team were always there to support us. He is truly passionate about his work, incredibly human, patient, and calm. I will never know how to thank them enough for everything they did for us. A big thank you to Dr. Sameh and his amazing team—you made a difference we’ll never forget.
