The doctor and nurses who attended were friendly, productive and knowledgeable. They attended to my son within a couple of hours late at night which I cannot fault. However, the companies pricing structure is very predatory and they push over treatment and testing without any medical benefit. For example, my son was diagnosed correctly with an inner ear infection as per our suspicions (I am clinician) and acute bronchitis. The dose of the antibiotic we reduced to 1/4 as it was above our own local guidelines which again was a personal choice. There was a push on testing for covid and influenza which was expensive but even a positive diagnosis would not have changed the outcome of treatment. So from an initial bill of £1250 (yes GBP!) we worked with the clinician to reduce it to £250. One of the initial questions this company will ask you is if you have any medical insurance, which can be interpreted as predatory as theirs a risk of over-billing and over diagnosis. They offer card payments and a medical report and itemised bill is submitted on request. To summarise, approach with caution, the fault in my opinion lies with the company and the clinicians themselves are fantastic hence the 3 starts in summary. My son made immediately started to make a recovery and thankfully we got to enjoy the rest of our holiday. Lastly - VIP doctor should have a list of pharmacies that are open to facilitate a smoother transaction. Our concierge at the Hotel helped us a lot to call around and find a pharmacy with the stock of medicines we needed (via a VIP doctor prescription).

We have been in vacation in Abu Dhabi and on Saturday my daughter started with fever. We were lucky because this great doctor came into our hotel room, consulted my daughter, made her a lot of tests and gave her the treatment. I could not believe that we did not need to go to a hospital because the hospital came into our room:). He also was so nice that he gave us his whatsapp number and everyday he asked us how it feels our daughter. I totally recommend !!!

Ich wurde während eines Urlaubs von Dr. Ahmad behandelt und war sehr, sehr zufrieden. Er und seine begleitende Krankenschwester waren sehr freundlich und effizient in der Diagnose und Behandlung. Ich bekam am selben Tag die Laborergebnisse, den Arztbrief und die ausführliche Rechnung für die Reiseversicherung. Ich war sehr sehr zufrieden und bin mehr als dankbar von ihm behandelt worden zu sein.

I can say Dr. Ahmed Hayel is the best doctor I have ever encountered in my 16 yrs. in UAE. I have even recommended him to my former superiors. He is always ever ready to help and assist in all aspects of health issues. During the COVID Pandemic where I have been sick for 2 months, he is the one who help me to get better. And he never complains even I am disturbing him from time to time with regards to my high blood pressure and sugar. I will highly recommend Dr. Ahmad Hayel to anyone who is in need of 24/7 care........

Dr. Ahmad and the accompanying nurse were very helpful and friendly today - my father had a bleeding ear and the doctor throughly examined him with blood tests and taking his vitals. My father got antibiotics and painkillers and was rightly referred to the ENT specialist for further treatment.

It was the worst experience ever the doctors were super cold, he actually scolded me for moving while they were putting the drip because I moved a bit because of the pain!!! And the treatment are super expensive. The only good part that they had a super nice nurse.

All the respect to VIP doctor team. Dr.Ahmad is so cooperative, knows his work very well, and effecient .My mom was sick and he did all the needed test and called us to follow up yhe next day. The team are quick in conducting the PCR test and the results come fast. Highly recommended and all the best for the whole team. GOD BLESS YOU.
