Dr. Mostafa was amazing with my mom! She was very nervous about getting her tooth removed, but he was so kind and gentle. The whole procedure was quick and completely painless. My mom walked out smiling and kept saying how nice he was. Highly recommend!

Yesterday , my wife and I visited the hospital. For her visa process, she took the Enhance Daman Insurance and recently received her Emirates ID. When we visited, the staff asked for the Emirates ID, and after checking, they said the ID was not registered with the insurance card. I showed them the insurance card, but they did not accept it. When I called Daman customer care, they told me that the insurance card is only needed for claiming, and that the hospital staff can link the Emirates ID with the insurance card easily at the time of the first claim. They said this is the usual procedure. But yesterday, the hospital staff returned the ID and did not accept the insurance even though I showed the insurance card.

نتمنى من ادارة العيادة تحسين مستوى خدمة التسجيل لان مايصير اجلس فوق النص ساعة عشان اتريا تسجيل + ربع ساعة كاملة عند موظف التسجيل للتسجيل علماً اني جاي على الموعد ويقولون لي زحمة ! إذا زحمة من الاساس لاتستقبل الناس وتحطلهم مواعيد .. هذي العيادة وغيرها تعتبر واجهة للدولة من ناحية السمعة يجب تغير هذه التصرفات.. هذي مسؤولية وامانة على عاتقكم إذا لستم اهلاً لها اتركوا المجال لغيركم.

I had a very disappointing experience at SEHA Clinics Baniyas. The staff did not respect patient appointments, and the service was extremely poor. At the registration counter, I was told the "system is not working" for a full check-up, which already shows a lack of organization in 2025. After waiting for 30 minutes as instructed, no one called my name. When I finally went to ask, the nurse said, "Why didn’t you come?" even though the counter had clearly told me to wait until they called me. It felt like patients were not being valued at all. Whenever the clinic gets too crowded, they use the excuse that the system is not working instead of managing patients properly. This is unacceptable—especially for a healthcare provider.

This SEHA is chaotic Clinics. First time I made an appointment through the hotline which they made me in the wrong clinic because they don’t do rabies 1st dose in Bani Yas. The hotline should know that. So I had to go to SSMC. Then following doses I have to go to the clinics where I can’t get the 1st dose but not SSMC. I have long working hours and came 9:20pm here as they are open until 23:00 Then they say vaccine can only be given until 9pm. I really hope I will never need their help for emergency case. Edit: I came again today and waited more than one hour to get the information today they don’t habe the vaccine. Now I was here 3 times for nothing. I will not come again. I will fly to germany next month and will have a proper health care.

حكومة وفرت كل الإمكانيات والاجهزه والكوادر الطبية الحمدلله. ولكن لا نعلم ان كان تقصير مسووليين او سوء تنظيم يشوه سمعة مستشفياتنا. عيادة بني ياس زرتها ثلاث مرات بمواعيد مسبقة ولكن التاخير فضيع لعدم احترام المرضى. وتعامل الاداريين والمسجلين للمرضى على أساس غير فاهمين. مرات عذر سيستم عطلان ومع ذلك جهة للنساء تعمل بسرعه محدده وجهة الرجال واقف. لاتنظيم ولا اهتمام للموعد. اخر زياة 50 دقيقة انتظار التسجيل فقط. اخ مايد المنصوري جزاه الله خير حاول يهدي الوضع وشكرا لتفهمه. ولكن نتمنى وجود حل جذري للمنطقة والكثافة السكانية

The worst service, if you’re coming here for vaccine just don’t. Even the most basic thing which is the sticker, they printed it with the wrong birthday and told me it would take a one day to update it in our system. The nurse didn’t tell me that I shouldn’t vaccine if it less then 5 years she just gave me the vaccine. It’s a mess
