Went for the visa renewal medical here and was very impressed by Nurse Annie’s kind assistance and willingness to walk an extra mile for a special case. Really appreciate it and wish this would be the standard for medical care in UAE. Thank you Annie

Worst customer service. This such a big so called medical centre in al ain they are so poor that they dont have only one printer in there hospital and can not serve customer well. I went there to collect my medical report and person sitting on reception security man was so rude telling me come back after 3 days on Monday as our printing machine is not working, I asked politely as if you another printer he replied no that also not working, I told him that i can not come again and again frm my office he replied rudely what i will do? after that I went to another floor to check with some other person, and that guy asked me to wait for 20 minutes after wasting my time same security guy send me back to same receptionist person that you can collect from there and he again refused that i told you come after 3 days. Reception security guy was very rude and all there staff are very Rude. I will not go next time here and suggest all people go to another medical center in Al ain but not to seha medical center.

Today I went for my medical test for my visa renewal the process flow was so good and so fast . Especially I would like to notice sister Nada who was in ladies lab collection did an amazing job , the way she prick the needle I never felt any pain or anything 1st time felt like that. It just easy . Thank sister Nada

The nurses are not good and not good service. Today when my colleagues they go for medical they take the blood but after taking blood the nurses she didn’t sit the bandage properly. Still she’s bleeding on hands. That’s why I give you no star. You guys are working for customers so be polite and humble for all. What ever our company they paying for your service so stop to do rude service. We are doing SEHA since 2015 but still the service is the same. Why your team can’t find the best nurses.???
