Dear Management I am writing to complain about the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of your staff (Numan) members during my visit to your pharmacy. I was treated disrespectfully in front of other customers, which caused me embarrassment. I request you to take this matter seriously and ensure better customer service in the future.

I would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by Mr. Bilwal Khan Korie at the reception of LLH Hospital, Mussafah. He is very professional, polite, and always ready to assist patients with a friendly attitude. His way of dealing with people shows great respect and patience, which makes the hospital experience smooth and comfortable. Truly a dedicated staff member who reflects the hospital’s good reputation. Highly recommend his assistance to anyone visiting Sahara Hospital.
