The service was good. We could do our consultation and other procedures without a further a do. The dental doctor Dr. Nafeesa Ferin is quite calm and made us understand the procedures very well. She made sure that the pain gets relieved in a sitting. The treatment seems to be very much cost effective. Thank you doctor.

I am writing to express my deep concern about the current situation at the pharmacy area of your facility. During my recent visit, I observed that there is a significant delay in dispensing medicines due to a lack of sufficient staff. This has resulted in long waiting times for all patients, many of whom are elderly, unwell, or in discomfort. Additionally, the waiting area is not at all patient-friendly. The only seating provided is a steel bench, which is extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for patients who are already in distress. It gives the impression that minimal thought has been put into the comfort and dignity of the people who depend on your services. It is disappointing to see that such basic amenities are being overlooked. I sincerely hope this is not due to an assumption that the patients here, often from working-class backgrounds, do not require better care or facilities. Every patient deserves dignity, comfort, and timely service, regardless of their background. I urge you to kindly look into this matter with the seriousness it deserves. Improving staffing levels and upgrading the waiting area seating would make a significant difference in patient experience.

Dr. Nafesa more than perfect she is doing more than what I need , I appreciate her great efforts and cooperations.

Today visited for check up waiting for approval after doctor mr thameem refuse to check because of time finish his duty only not clinic.

Accidentally I visited at oasis medical center for dental problem, actually my condition of teeth is horrible and I met dentist Dr Ajnas , he explained me what we can do for my condition, believe it or not he changed my entire look, no words to explain Thank you so much Dr Ajnas Highly recommended him with lot of happiness m saying this
