This review for making this organization better. This negative review only because for the receptionist of this clinic, One of the two ladies not Ms. Sreelaksh, the other one is very unprofessional and rude towards patients..she didnt even know how to deal patient nicely.. She intentionaly give me wrong information and behaved badly for questioning for the attitude. Company should train her how to deal and behave even in rush times. they were front face of this clinic. My visit time 05/02/2026 8 pm

I had the best experience with Dr. Balaji (Orthopedics) and Dr. Nadia (Gynecology). Both doctors were extremely professional, kind, and friendly. They made me feel at ease and explained everything patiently. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care. Truly grateful for their support and service

I visited Noor Al Ahlia Branch 4, Baniyas to consult Dr. Abdul Rahman Nizar for cavity fillings in my upper molar teeth. Unfortunately, Dr. Abdul Rahman was not available that day, and I was assigned to another dentist. His name is dr.Aron and he’s not experienced at all . He was not using dental equipment even he used a disposable normal syringe to inject my gums with the Anesthesia and that leads to a severe pain and discomfort. That visit turned into one of the worst dental experiences of my life. And left with bad infections. Even though I had no pain or major issues, the doctor insisted on performing root canal treatments on both teeth, which later proved to be unnecessary. The treatment was painful and led to days of discomfort. I eventually filed a complaint with DOH against that doctor for unprofessional conduct and misjudgment. Later, I visited another dental clinic in Fujairah, where a specialist confirmed that the only solution left was a surgical extraction due to the damage caused by the earlier procedures. Finally, I managed to meet Dr. Abdul Rahman Nizar again at Noor Al Ahalia His experience, confidence, and care were immediately evident. He handled my case with great skill, performed the extraction painlessly, and helped me finally find relief after weeks of sleepless nights. When I tried to book a follow-up appointment, I was disappointed to learn that he was no longer available at Noor Al Ahalia Upon inquiry, I found out that he is now with Saad Maareb Medical Center in Baniyas, and I am eagerly waiting to continue my treatment with him there. Dr. Abdul Rahman Nizar is truly an experienced, trustworthy, and compassionate dentist. I highly recommend him to anyone in Abu Dhabi who needs genuine, skilled, and patient-centered dental care.

I had a very good experience at Noor Ahalia Medical Center,baniyas. Their gynaecology and ultrasound services are excellent and very affordable compared to other places. I really appreciate the staff Vineeth and Sunil — they informed me about the special offer and referred me to this hospital. Thanks to their help, I was able to get quality treatment at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good service and budget-friendly healthcare!

Recently me and my husband visited Noor Ahalia Baniyas clinic for a Dental check up and cleaning. We had a great experience with the staffs and doctor. We consulted Dr Rashid Hassan, Dentist. He was very pleasant, courteous and detailed. He took time and explain the whole process very clearly and done his work very carefully. We are fully satisfied with Dr. Rashid Hassan’s service. We visited Al Noor Ahalia Hospital, Baniyas , on 11 Jan 26 for pediatric consultation as our son had shortness of breath. After waiting over 30 minutes during registration, the pediatrician, Dr. Shabana, came to the waiting area and publicly stated she would not see any more patients and we had to leave to another hospital. This interaction was carried out bluntly, without empathy, explanation, or professionalism, and in full view of other patients and families. Such conduct—especially from a pediatrician dealing with children and anxious parents—is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. At no point we were offered an alternative solution, proper guidance, or a respectful explanation for the refusal to consult. We are deeply disappointed and request the hospital management to address this matter seriously.

Excellent service in orthopaedics by Dr Balaji chinnathambi, in baniyas.friendly approach and effective treatment for my back pain. Suffering for 8 months now good relief. Thank you
