⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I recently visited Physiotherapist Miss Rajeshwari and I had an excellent experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She understood my problem very well and guided me with the right treatment and exercises. Her approach is patient-focused, and she makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the session. I truly appreciate her dedication and the quality of care she provides. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent visit for my wife’s treatment(ENT Department) Doctor Mithun Roy and the nursing staff,Ms. Bisly Bhaskar, provided outstanding support and care during my time there. Their teamwork and compassion truly made a difference in my experience. I was particularly impressed by Nurse Bisly, who was incredibly supportive, patient, and attentive throughout the entire visit. It is a relief to know that such dedicated professionals are available to provide care. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and appreciate all that they do.

I’ve completed 6 laser sessions and I’m very satisfied with my experience. From consultation to treatment, everything was handled professionally. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and makes sure you’re comfortable during every session. I’ve seen a big reduction in hair growth and my skin feels smoother. Definitely worth it. 10/02/2026 It has been very difficult to obtain the laboratory report. I contacted the laboratory multiple times, and each time I was advised to check the Sahatna application. However, only a partial report was available there. When I informed them of this, I was asked to wait 24 hours to receive the complete report via SMS. Even after waiting more than 24 hours, there was no SMS and no complete report updated in the application. The lack of follow-up and clear communication from the laboratory was very disappointing. I have dealt with several other hospitals in the UAE, and their response is much better when patients call for assistance. Unfortunately, in this case, it felt like there was no proper support or solution from the lab side. That said, I would like to mention that the hospital reception staff and doctors are very supportive and professional. The issue is specifically with the laboratory report handling process 11/02/2026 After posting my review and sending emails to the concerned department, I finally received the report. I also received a call from the team apologizing for the delay. During the conversation, it appeared they had not received any call records from my side. This may indicate that the call centre team is either not functioning properly or may need better guidance on handling such requests. I appreciate the team’s follow-up especially Ms. Anns Victor and response after the escalation. I hope necessary improvements are made to avoid similar miscommunication or delays in the future.

Dr. Suwansh Meshram is a gem of a person. He’s an exceptional pediatrician who truly cares for his little patients and their families. His expertise, kindness, and understanding nature make him favourite among patients and their families.He takes time to listen to parent’s concerns, explaining things in a way that's easy to understand, and provides best guidance that put both kids and parents at ease. I really feel grateful to have him caring for my child's health and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a trustworthy pediatrician. Best doctor ever for us He’s my kid’s (Noor and taha’s) favourite doctor. ♥️ He's a truly exceptional and wonderful person, someone who's rare and valued .

I am having an amazing experience with NMC MBZ physiotherapy . Compared to all my previous physiotherapy sessionsin other hospitals , Mr. Raheez truly stands out. His level of care, support, and professionalism is exceptional. He is excellent in treatment, very caring, and always provides valuable exercise advice that helps in my overall improvement.
