I recently visited this hospital and was extremely disappointed with the service and facilities. Despite there being no visible rush or many patients, the wait times were excessively long. The pharmacy was particularly understaffed, with only one person managing everything, which caused unnecessary delays. The overall experience was frustrating, and it seems the hospital is struggling with both staffing and efficiency.

Dear NNMC Team, Kindly address the transport issue. The transport team informs us to be ready at 9:00 AM for the China Camp, but they usually arrived at 10:00 AM, which is unfair. Additionally, the reception team is quite slow. Even when there are two people at the reception, they take a lot of time. These issues need to be resolved, as people are facing significant inconvenience.
