Service was fantastic as always but the thing that stood out was the hospitality on the first floor. Bong asked everyone if they wanted a coffee / latte etc and he literally never stopped. The receptionist on the first floor kindly lent me his charger when I realised my phone was going to die. Just wanted to give a shout out to staff who go the extra mile and can easily be missed. They also have someone who makes karak / coffee everyday so there’s a pot waiting in the reception area. These touches really make a difference.

I had an excellent experience at Moorfields Eye Hospital Abu Dhabi. Dr Omar Rafiq was thorough, calm, and extremely knowledgeable — his many years of experience truly show. He took the time to explain my condition and all available options clearly and professionally. The support from Iman Ahmed was equally outstanding — kind, attentive, and very helpful. Moorfields will be my first and only choice going forward. Highly recommended.

Everything and everyone were great. I was greeted with a smile and a very nice cup of Americano. Technicians are professional. The doctor is great --- explained to me in human language --- and seems very approachable.

Very good I had double vision before I went to doctor mohammed khan when I went to him he gave me something call prism that stoped the double vision for 2 months then I did the surgery it was amazing the double vision stopped it only felt lashy for 2 days then I was red for 3 weeks
