The care was very good overall. The staff were kind, professional, and attentive, which made the experience comfortable and reassuring. Everything was well organized, and I felt well supported throughout my visit. If there is any room for improvement, it would be to reduce waiting times during busy hours, but overall I am very satisfied with the care provided.

I injured my foot and asked to see an orthopedic doctor. I waited almost an hour, and when I asked the nurse assisting the doctor how much longer it would take, her response was simply, "I don’t know." To make it worse, a patient who arrived after me was then taken in to see the doctor while I was still waiting in pain. If you are in pain and expect timely care, I would not recommend this clinic.

This is the worst service I ever had with dentist in UAE within 15 years! 1. It was a long wait even though I came 20 min before the appointment 2. Having Insuarance coverage for dental direct billing, i had to use reimbursement form as apparently doctor said that now he needs to submit request to insuarance and it takes 24h. In any other clinic it was done the same time, without any issues. 3. Then for consultation doctor submitted request to Insuarance, while I basically did’n’t have any consultation. He didn’t tell me anything at all, can I drink or eat after cleaning ? Do I need to wait? Which consultation is it???

Mediclinic Al Mamora has been my go-to clinic for the past year, especially for pediatric care. Doctors Mary and Naanae are excellent—professional, patient, and great with kids. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. Appointments are usually smooth, though peak hours can have some wait times. Overall, a trusted place for quality healthcare in Abu Dhabi. Also Valley Parking available
