I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ponnu, Physiotherapist, for his professionalism, clear explanations, and respectful treatment throughout my sessions. He ensured my comfort and provided care with patience and expertise, which had a positive impact on my treatment experience. I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Reem, Receptionist, for her outstanding professionalism and kindness. She was extremely polite, welcoming, and supportive at all times. Her positive attitude, clear communication, and willingness to help made my visits smooth and comfortable. Ms. Reem truly represents excellent customer service, and her professionalism made a strong positive impression on me as a patient.

The whole team is wonderful. Bibi at the dental registration is amazing. So professional and always taking care of every patient. Thank you and have a wonderful day Update: I wanted to update my review afte a few hours of being in the clinic. I have no words to express my gratitude to Dr Bassam for his exceptional work. My mum went there with a lot of pain and some problems on her mouth and she left the consultation really happy. After a few hours she has been back to being pain free and she wants to also express her sincere gratitude. It made a huge change and she is really happy. Dr Bassam has the best hands and he took the time and expertise to help her and did a fantastic job. As mentioned before the whole team is magnificent and they deserve the recognition. Mr. Ramees Hameed in physiotherapy department is amazing. He provides tailored therapy to your injury. After the 1st session i started feeling better. I couldnt walk or stand for more than 2min without pain. I could see improvement from the 1st session.
