Our experience at Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital was truly exceptional. My wife delivered our baby at this hospital, and from the moment we arrived, we felt the highest level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care from every member of the staff. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Tahani for her outstanding care and warm attitude. I also want to thank the entire nursing team, who were a shining example of compassion and professionalism. I mention Irene and Salam in particular as examples of the excellent service we received from the whole team. The care provided to our newborn was remarkable as well. The team conducted all the essential checks with great accuracy and professionalism, which gave us a strong sense of comfort and reassurance. The hospital is extremely clean, well-organized, and the staff’s behavior is truly admirable. Thank you to everyone at Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital for an unforgettable and wonderful experience.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Samer Lababidi , consultant gynecologist. From the very first visit, he is incredibly decent, respectful, and compassionate. He truly listens, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and makes sure you feel heard and understood. He is calm and reassuring approach makes a huge difference, especially when dealing with something as challenging as endometriosis. I felt supported, validated, and never rushed. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such professionalism with genuine care and empathy. I highly recommend him to any patient seeking knowledgeable and compassionate support for endometriosis

I went to emergency and did a covid test. They told me the result will come within 24 hours. I stressed that I have a 6 month old baby that I'm breastfeeding so I need to know as soon as possible if I have to isolate from him. No result after 24 hours, I called them and they said the result will take 2 days as they sent it to Abu Dhabi. Imagine, in 2026, it takes a hospital 2 days to give a covid result to someone who came to emergency. And this was not covered by insurance. I could have gone to any clinic in the city and gotten a result within 6 hours with less hassle. The emergency doctor also barely looked at my throat and didn't bother to examine anything else (nose, chest, etc). Next time, I'd rather drive to AD than go to Jowhara Emergency again.

I received exceptional care from Dr Quraish. She is passionate, kind, and helpful. She sees her patients as soon as possible. She stays busy yet always finds time to attend to her patients. She supports you through every step and gives you full confidence in your care. Midwife Abla is also outstanding. I had two deliveries with the same team. They work together with great skill and commitment. They treat you with warmth and respect. Their teamwork gives you comfort and trust during the entire experience. I am grateful for both of them. I recommend them without hesitation.

احب اشكر الاخ موسى يحيى والممرضة شيماء عبدو على الخدمة المتميزة التي حضيت بها وأخص بالذكر الاستاذ موسى الذي لم يقصر مع المرضى فقد كان ولا زال شخص متميز سواء بمتابعته للمرى وانتقاله من طابق إلى طابق رغم ان مروري بالمستشفى كان للمراجعه الدورية ولكن تفانيه في العمل وأسلوبه الراقي ترك بصمة إيجابية عندي لمستوى الخدمة المتميزة اشكر مرة اخرى ادارة المستشفى لاستقطابها لهذه المجموعة المتميزة من الموظفين الكرام
