I would like to share my recent experience at your emergency department, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations for urgent medical care. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the emergency room had only six seats in the waiting area, which created an overcrowded and uncomfortable environment. Despite the nature of my injury, I had to wait over 20 minutes before being seen by the emergency doctor. It appeared that there was only one doctor on duty who had to attend to each patient individually and then personally escort them out before seeing the next patient. This process significantly delayed care for those waiting. When the doctor finally saw me, the consultation lasted no more than one minute. I was then informed I would have to wait an additional 15 minutes for the insurance verification before I could be taken inside for further treatment. Throughout the visit, the atmosphere and service did not reflect the standards expected from a hospital emergency department — neither in professionalism nor urgency. Given the circumstances and the lack of efficient care, I made the decision to leave and seek treatment at another facility. I hope you take this feedback seriously to enhance the emergency services provided to patients in the future.

Very good hospital and tritment
Hi I had visit to Dr manjunatha he is very good person and give me a good service and his assatance shahjahan is very kind and professional and and good cooperation. Hospital is very good and net clean and very good environment.
Worst experience, took 6 hours just to see a doctor and xray and medicine, even I had appointment for the doctor, went there around 12 pm and get medicine at 6 pm
