Staff members are very approachable, but please consider pediatric patients … The environment did not feel adequately child-friendly. Waiting times were excessive, with little effort made to keep children comfortable or informed during delays.

The doctor seemed to believe that my main intention was to obtain sick leave, and as a result, my symptoms were not properly examined. The appointment seemed hurried, and I did not feel there was enough time to address my concerns.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. I brought my wife for treatment, and the doctor and nursing staff behaved in an unprofessional and rude manner. They insisted on administering a strong injection for a condition that was later treated with a simple tablet at another reputed hospital. In particular, a doctor named Mariam pressured my wife to take the unnecessary injection, and when we declined, the nurse on duty responded by shouting at us, which was completely unacceptable.

Doctors and staffs were really good. We can get the treatment with very less charges especially when you don't have insurance. Consultation and lab charges are very less compared to other clinics and hospitals. Infrastructure is not too good but not bad as well.

Recommended place for Visting/tourist Visa Holders without insurance as its affordable for all, you should bring your original Documents for admin purposes

Don’t deserve even a single star Very worst experience, the staffs are unprofessional….My 2 year baby put something in her nose….since this clinic is near to our room we quickly took her to home health…. We were totally in a panic situation , Doctor and staff asked us to wait in the nursing room…. We waited for around half hour and doctor didn’t come even after multiple requests….Very unprofessional behavior from the nursing staffs and the doctor….In such an emergency situation, how they can behave in such an irresponsible way….Since it’s our need we took our child to the Phoenix hospital without further waiting in home health ….Staffs in the Phoenix hospital behaved in a very professional way , they assist us quickly to the ENT doctor since they know the situation is emergency and doctor suctioned the foreign body from her nostril in no time…. Doctor in Phoenix was saying the situation would have been dangerous if we were late by some more time. Cursing ourselves for visiting the Home health medical center and wasting crucial 30 minutes there ….Will never ever visit this Centre Again
