Thanks to the Arabic nursing for their professional help and care. The center is its high level of respect and efficiency in facilitating quick access to the doctor. Last week, despite my morning appointment being delayed, the nurse handled the situation smoothly and did her best to resolve the issue Thank you very much Alamoon medical center and Arabic nurses is excellent and they always show respect to the patients

I've been coming here for over two weeks now. Your center is very clean and the receptionists are welcoming. Dr. Rafa, the physiotherapist, deserves a lot of praise. I feel better every time I finish a session with her. I find her extremely professional. Thank you for everything.

So professional staff especially Dr.John, they ask you about every single detail before starting the laser treatment and they always make sure you’re satisfied with it. For example the attached pictures below were taken by the doctor one before the procedure to make sure the line was accurate as I wanted, and the second picture is after the treatment to make sure that I don’t want any changes or have concerns. And of course they never forget the post cream. You’ll find the service always professional and higher than your expectations or what you regularly see in other medical centers. Highly recommended!

Never seen a clinic in AlAin this unprofessional!! I paid in advance to my session & it’s been 7 days they are not giving my money back! The reason i backed out is the unprofessional attitude of their dermatologist as she forced her opinion on me as a patient, literally saying "i either work on your face my way, or not do work at all". Disregarding my patient desire/outlook on the whole procedure. Their reception promised me to resolve the refund, but has been dodging my request to speak to anyone in managerial position for a week now. To add up, they claim discounts on products in a way that is suspiciously affordable — watch out for copied products or those bought through blackmarket.

I’m writing this review after a very disappointing experience with Mamoun Medical Center. There is no honesty or professionalism in how they deal with customers. They lied and said they had two staff available for me and my daughter at the same time for our laser sessions — which turned out to be completely false. Their communication is very poor, especially once you’ve already paid. After payment, they no longer care whether you’re satisfied or not, and there is no follow-up at all. Right now, I still have one full-body laser session left for me and my daughter, but they are not responding to calls or messages. Overall, I would not recommend Mamoun Medical Center to anyone who expects honesty, professionalism, or respect for customers

قسم طب الأسنان في المركز مش احسن حاجه و في دكتوره بدون ذكر اسمها تعاملت مع اسناني بطريقه غير بروفيشنال تماما و اضطريت ارجع المركز مره تانيه بسبب الم بعد ما روحت من تجربه سيئه معاها في ازاله تسوسات بسيطه في الاسنان و انا لحد دلوقتي اسناني وجعاني مع العلم ان مكنتش بتوجعني قبل ما اروح و انا كنت رايح لتنظيف فقط ارجو اخذ هذا التقييم علي محمل الجد لاني متمناش اكرر التجربه دي تاني و بصراحه قسم الاسنان في المركز ده مش عاوز اتعامل معاه تاني

✨ بصراحة اللي ما جرب الدكتورة هند خسر وايد! من أطيب وأنعم الدكاترة اللي تعاملت وياهم أسلوبها راقـي، تعاملها جداً جميل، ودايماً تشرح كل شي بهدوء وتفهم المراجع بكل سعة صدر شغلها نظيف ومرتب وتخاف على المريض كأنه أحد من أهلها احسن دكتوره تسوي فيلر شفايف شفتها في حياتي شغل صدق صدق الي ما يجرب خدمات تجميل عند دكتوره هند خسارن والله بتحسون بالفرق والله أنصح الكل يزورها، والله بتشكروني بعد الزيارة
