My 2.10-year-old daughter had severe ear pain at midnight. She is on a visit visa, and the reception staff told me I had to pay the full amount. I agreed immediately. I asked them to call the doctor first because she was crying loudly in pain, but they were busy preparing the payment. They completely ignored her cries. This was my first bad experience in their emergency department. The second incident was with me. I came at midnight with extreme stomach pain. I have insurance, and they took my ID and told me to wait. Even though I was in severe pain, I waited 20 minutes. When I asked again, they said they were "preparing another payment" and would start mine after that. I took my ID and went to LLH Mussafah. They treated me immediately — they didn’t even check my ID first. I ended up needing surgery there. Al Ahlia Hospital, please educate your staff. Humanity should be the first priority, not money. This is not how an emergency department should work.

I have difficult experience in the Al Ahliya hospital In Musaffah. Dealing with bad behavior from staff ICU only ICU STAFF. The Nurse shouted at me to lie still and used an aggressive tone when I was in a lot of pain And specially when I go for operation theatre . One lady nurse she is *pregnant* lady on duty. I don't know his name morning when I go for angioplasty she too much shouting with me like hello quickly quickly ready and go for tooth brush and come quickly ok that time she give me too much tention, when I said don't give me tention this time then she stop. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the behavior of a staff nurse during my recent angioplasty procedure. My name is Muhammad Kaleem Kiani and my patient ID is 908871 on [Date 01/09/25 ICU recovery room]. She shouting at me in an aggressive manner. This caused me significant distress and added unnecessary stress during an already vulnerable time. Thew behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would like this matter to be investigated and for appropriate action to be taken to ensure that this does not happen to other patients. The staff is very slow and careless. I had to wait hours for even basic things like blood tests, glucose checks. As a diabetic patient, I need timely monitoring and medication, but here they often delayed by 4-4 hours. Because of this, my condition worsened that day—my sugar levels dropped dangerously low. I strongly advise against visiting here for diabetes or any regular/critical checkups. Very bad experience—please choose another hospital.

If I take appointments also waiting minimum 1-2 hours After get scan and blood test area again wait 1-2 hours . Follow-up When I came to second day to show the report to doctor reception waiting to take tocken minimum 1 hours after reach to doctior it’s again 1 hours It’s a very difficult to waiting Please make better service your always take one pation maximum insurance coverage then why not make better services

Very disappointing experience. The waiting time was extremely long, with no proper updates from the staff. In a hospital, patients come for urgent care, not to wait for hours. This kind of delay causes unnecessary stress for patients and families.

Enough space neat and clean. Good doctors best facilities but you have to get the appointment before you reach. Valet parking is available
