I did a Keratin treatment three weeks ago at Maria Wilson Salon. Initially, I thought it was good, but after a few washes, my hair started becoming curly again. I consulted two reputed salons, and their hair specialists were surprised. They mentioned that the Keratin treatment might not have been done properly and that the product used seemed to be of low quality. I even showed them a picture of the Brazilian product that was applied, and it did not look recognised or branded. The bottle had multiple spelling mistakes and appeared to be a local product with no quality assurance. I have now been given a branded, UK-based product from a well-known and established parlour. My sincere advice: choose a trusted salon, check the products they use, ensure they have a qualified hair specialist, and observe their communication and professionalism. Always verify the quality, origin, and brand of the products. Don’t get misled. A professional salon should also communicate clearly after the treatment and respond to concerns proactively.

A beautiful & clean place. Maria & staff were so welcoming. I had facial & body massage during December 2025. Everything was perfect. will definitely return to this gem.
