Giving 3 stars as my last 2 times were the worst unlike my first time. Would give their Henna services 5 stars. Saadiya is such a sweet, welcoming and talented henna artist. My Halawa hair removal session was literally the worst that I had in my life. It was so painful and it seemed the lady was unprofessional and didn't know how to manipulate it. I had 2 people one left and the last called for a lady called Ram someone who seemed professional. It literally sounded like Ram was teaching the other lady how to do the work. Such a shame! Yet went the other day for my eyebrows. The same happened the lady left me amid and told the henna artist to remove the bleach. 2 things went wrong: 1. The reception lady told me that someone else was doing my eyebrows and this unprofessional lady came to do them. 2. I had to go to the reception to show them how bad the service was and then wait for 15 minutes ( unlike what they told me that I only need to wait for 5 minutes) and then someone came who you be honest was professional and sweet wish she was the one that from the start and guess what She was the same person who saved my horrible hair removal session. Her name is Ram. Ask for her. She is Great! Wish this review to be taken into consideration to work on service quality for better customer experience. صراحة ما حبيت آخر مرة الخدمة كانت سيئة طلبت إزالة الشعر بالحلاوة الموظفة شكلها ما كانت محترفة و بعد ما بدت نادت واحدة ثانية بعدها الأولى مشت و واصلت الثانية و صراحة عانيت و اتألمت في الآخر نادت واحدة ثالثة اسمها رام شكلها محترفة و صارت كأنها تعلمها فيني يعني صراحة كنت قمة الخذلان ان هذا مستوى الخدمة. طلعت و انا منهارة من التعب بس قلت يلا بعطيهم فرصة ثانية. مشيت اليوم اللي بعده لخدمة تشقير الحواجب و الحنة. الحنة صراحة ممتااااازة و سعدية لطيفة جداً و شاطرة و كنت مستعجلة كانت مسرعة بس شغلها مظبوط. لما جيت للحواجب البت الموظفة في الاستقبال قالت إنه سعدية هي نفسها بتسويلي الحواجب. الحقيقة جات واحدة ثانية و سوت لي كم مرة و ما ظبطت في الأخير مشت و خلت سعدية هي اللي تمسح لي الصبغة آخر مرة. و تخيلوا ولا جات عشان تشوف النتيجة. في الأخير نزلت لموظفي الاستقبال و انتظرت ربع ساعة حتى جات رام و سوت لي. بالآخر اتأخرت على مواعيدي و انتظرت اكثر من الوقت اللي قالوا لي عليه. أتمنى تستفيدوا من الريفي في المستقبل لتحسين الخدمة.

Wonderful! I spent a pleasant afternoon getting my nails done, having my feet pampered, and receiving a relaxing massage. I also took the opportunity to ask them to take care of my eyebrows, and they promptly attended to me. The staff are kind and attentive. I recommend them!

Booked an appointment for my mother and grandmother to have nails and massage. My elderly grandmother was treated with the upmost respect and cared for incredibly! My mother said the massage was the best she’s ever had. Thank you so much to the team ❤️ they will be back asap!

I want to share my experience with harrods salon , I went there and i asked dor for protein treatment only for my roots specially my baby hair because my hair had already protein and then there’s a difference between both , i was told roots only 500 aed the whole hair 1000 smthg aed knowing that it’s not the average price in Abu dhabi for hair treatment i wanted to do only roots but they convienced me to do my whole hair as PROTEIN 3D is magical and will even make the hair that has protein better , … ok , I and did it and i noticed aftwr washing there roots air the same so i asked them to do it properly they did it but then that after they have to dry my hair i noticed they do it with with hot i told her don’t do it hot how can i see the result then? , then when i went home after few days when i was told i can wash most of my hair is the same curly and not done properly and they didn’t even care to answer (knowing that i’m using sulfate free paraben free gluteen free) shampoo

So beautician did coffee scrub for my scalp. I love the experience here every time I come. Quick clean and amazing service. Staff are very polite and friendly. Must visit for nails and hair and massage.
