I had the best experience with Rahul. He helped me put together my dream wedding band. Was very helpful with recommendations and accommodating our pick up time. When it came to actually picking it up the ring needed slight adjustments to size and they brought us to the shop where I could talk them through the adjustment and the size to make sure it fit perfect and they even polished and fixed our other rings. It was truly the best experience and I would recommend to everyone I know.

We had the best customer service at Cara Jewellers. From my initial inquiry to picking up the finished product ~ everyone was prompt, helpful and professional. Special heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Diamond Park location, Aditya who was our very first contact and to Nikhil who was there and helped us surprise our daughters with their customized Arabic name gold bracelets. Of course my husband insisted that I get one too! The beautiful bracelets were gifted to them on our last day in Dubai. We visited Cara Jewelers at Diamond Park for a ring resizing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. A special thank you to Naitik, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He immediately took us next door to the factory, where the ring was resized in around 20–30 minutes. We were able to watch the entire process and keep an eye on the ring the whole time, which was both really interesting and very reassuring. The workmanship was expert and the result was perfect. To top it all off, the service was completely free of charge, which we really appreciated. Efficient, transparent, and genuinely excellent customer care.
