Gym overall is good however cleanliness is a question mark especially washrooms which aren’t really clean and have a bad odor and tissues lying around. Looks like cheap tissues and products have been used in the washrooms for cleaning. Hand wash station dispensers either does not work or does not have soap available. Would be great if the locker rooms/washroom and shower hygiene could be improved.

Really happy with GymNation Silicon Oasis! The place is super clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a solid workout. The staff are always friendly and ready to help, which makes a big difference. I especially like the outdoor gym area—great for a change of pace. The lighting and overall vibe inside also make it feel welcoming and energetic. Definitely one of the better gyms I’ve been to in Dubai.

Gym has good equipment. Used free trial passes and then received incessant calls and texts to sign up with various deals. After payment monthly price doubled from what they quoted me in writing using the discount code so it was a scam. Very very dodgy. Now trying to process a refund for the 12-month membership within the cooling off period. Read the policies carefully - and don't trust them either. This isn't the UK.

Gymnation silicon is honestly one of the few gyms where you actually feel good the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is great, the place is super clean, and the vibe is always positive. The reception team deserves a special mention, Greg and Michell are just amazing. Always smiling, friendly, and genuinely caring, they remember your name, your mood, even your schedule sometimes! It’s small details like that that make the experience feel personal
